What we believe about this work

A fire is the worst week of most people's lives, and the restoration industry has a habit of treating it as a sales opportunity. Contractors who show up behind the fire trucks with a contract. Preferred vendors who answer to the insurer. Franchises whose local crew changes every year. We started this company to be the alternative: one crew, one point of contact, a scope written to what actually burned, and no pressure to sign anything on the first night.

How we work

• Fire first. Most restoration companies are water companies that also do fire. Fire and smoke is our specialty; water extraction is part of it because every fire is also a water loss.
• Emergency through rebuild. The same team boards up on night one and hangs the last door. No hand-off, no second contractor, no gap.
• Written before it starts. Emergency work is authorized at a stated price. The rest waits for a scope you have read and approved.
• Documented for the claim. Photographs, inventories, moisture logs and a line-item scope, in the format adjusters use, because a well-documented claim is an approved claim.
• Straight about limits. We refer mold over the Texas threshold, asbestos and lead to licensed specialists. We do not adjust claims. We do not waive deductibles. We tell you when a loss is too big for us.
