This site collects as little as it can. Here is what it does collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are
Stryker Restoration ("we"), a fire and smoke restoration contractor based in Fort Worth, Texas, operates this website at https://strykerrestoration.com. Questions about this policy go to alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the request form or email us, we receive what you type: typically your name, phone number, email, property city and a description of what happened. We use it to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to do the work and keep the records a contractor has to keep.
- Aggregate visit counts. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting and without identifying individual visitors.
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operation for a limited period.
We do not use advertising pixels, session recording, cross-site tracking or a chatbot. We do not buy data about you.
Who receives it
- FormSubmit relays form submissions to our inbox. The submission passes through their servers.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and serves it.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces; your browser requests them from Google, which sees your IP address.
- Your insurer and adjuster, if you become a customer, receive the documentation of your loss, because that is what the documentation is for. We share it with them at your direction.
- Trade partners (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, abatement, contents cleaning) receive what they need to do their part of your job.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your request or your job. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We do not send marketing texts.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Job records are kept for as long as Texas contractor, tax and insurance requirements say, typically several years, because you or your insurer may need them.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us. We will respond within 30 days. Where we are required to keep a record (for example, of a completed job) we will tell you.
Children
This site is for adults arranging property restoration. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted on this page.
