A plain account of where artificial intelligence was used in making this website and where it is not used at all.

The short version
- AI tools helped design, write and code this website. People directed the work and reviewed it before it went live.
- The three photographs on the homepage are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of real jobs, people or properties. They are labeled as illustrations in their alternative text and will be replaced with the company's own job photographs, with customer permission, as those become available.
- There is no chatbot, and no automated system makes decisions about you.
- AI is not used in the restoration work itself. The assessment, cleaning and rebuilding of your property is done by people.
How this website was made
The site was designed and built for Stryker Restoration by Sun Coast Digital Media, a web and marketing studio that works with AI tools. AI was used to draft layouts, write and test code, draft and edit copy, and check accessibility and security. The facts about the company (its services, years in the trade, service area and how it works) came from the company, not from an AI model, and were reviewed by a person before publication. Descriptions of restoration methods are general industry practice, written to be accurate but not specific to any one property.
What AI does not do on this site
- No chatbot. Messages go to people.
- No automated decisions or profiling. Visitors are not scored, ranked or sorted.
- No individual tracking. At most, aggregate visit counts without cookies. See the privacy policy.
Search engines and AI assistants
This site welcomes search engines and AI assistants. Its pages may be read, summarized and cited by them, and a plain-text overview is published at /llms.txt. If an AI assistant describes this company in a way that does not match this site, this site is the accurate source.
Why we publish this
No Texas or federal law requires this page for a business website. We publish it because you should know how the site was made, and because being straight about it is how the company does business.
