Insurance and claims

Stryker Restoration is a restoration contractor. It is not a public adjuster, not an insurance company and not an insurance agent. Under Texas Insurance Code Chapter 4102, a contractor repairing a property may not act as a public adjuster for that loss. We document damage and coordinate with your adjuster; we do not adjust, negotiate or settle claims, and we do not advise on coverage. Whether and how much a policy pays is between you and your insurer.

We do not waive, absorb, rebate or offset insurance deductibles. Doing so is prohibited in Texas.

You are free to choose any contractor. Nothing on this site is intended to suggest that using us is required by any insurer.

Licensing and credentials

Texas does not issue a state license for general or restoration contractors. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC work on our projects is performed by trade partners who hold the state licenses those trades require, under permits issued and inspected by the relevant city. Mold remediation over the state threshold is referred to contractors licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation; asbestos and lead work to licensed abatement contractors.

This site displays no certification, award, rating or membership logos. If we add one, we will be able to produce the underlying certificate or listing on request.

Response times and results

"24/7" means the on-call phone is answered at any hour. Arrival times are estimates that depend on location, weather, traffic and concurrent demand, and are given on the phone for the specific situation. Nothing on this site promises a particular arrival time, timeline, cost or result.

Years in business

The "20 years" figure on this site is the company's statement of its time in the restoration trade in North Texas.

Photographs and imagery

The six photographs on the homepage are AI-generated illustrations of typical restoration scenes. They do not show a real job, customer, property or employee, and the equipment and conditions shown are representative, not specific. They are marked as illustrations in their alternative text. As the company's own job photographs become available, with the customer's permission, they will replace the illustrations. See the AI disclosure.

This website was designed and built for Stryker Restoration by Sun Coast Digital Media, which is not a party to any restoration work and does not provide the services described here. AI tools were used in building it; see the AI disclosure.
