Honest limits
A few things we either refer out or will not touch, and why.
Mold remediation over 25 square feet. Texas requires a state license from the Department of Licensing and Regulation for mold assessment and remediation above that threshold. If drying reveals a mold problem of that size, we stop, tell you, and refer you to a licensed remediator rather than pretend it is not there.
Asbestos and lead. Pre-1980 buildings in DFW often contain both. Disturbing them is regulated work. We arrange testing and bring in an abatement contractor before demolition when it is needed.
Adjusting your claim. We are not a public adjuster and Texas law does not let a contractor act as one. We document; we do not negotiate. See how we work with your claim.
Cash-for-keys, buy-your-house offers or referral kickbacks. None of it. You hire us to restore the property, and that is the only thing we are paid for.
